UMR (Universal Mobile Robot) is AgileX Robotics' industrial four-wheel-steering mobile robot chassis for inspection, factory and warehouse material handling, delivery and mobile manipulation. It ships with AgileX's NAVIS 3D-LiDAR navigation system, which handles large-area mapping, path planning and obstacle avoidance using 360-degree multi-sensor coverage for work alongside people. Four hub motors and four steering joints give omnidirectional movement. It weighs about 95 kg, carries 80 kg at up to 1.5 m/s and runs 5 to 7 hours under navigation on a pull-out 48 V 24 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery that fast-charges in under 1.5 hours. The chassis is rated IP65 and supports open APIs.
