Mercury A1 is a lightweight seven-axis collaborative robot arm from Elephant Robotics, sold on its own and used as the arm module of the Mercury B1 and X1 humanoids. It reaches 450 mm, carries 1 kg and repeats positions to ±0.05 mm, with joints built on Elephant's Power-Spring harmonic modules with brakes, inside a carbon-fibre shell. A quad-core Cortex-A72 controller with a 2-inch touchscreen runs myPanel for teaching and deploying programs without a PC, and the arm can also be programmed with myBlockly, Python, C++, ROS and MoveIt. It is aimed at education, research and light demonstration tasks.
