The myCobot Pro Air Parallel Gripper is a pneumatic two-jaw gripper from Elephant Robotics for the myCobot 320 and myCobot Pro 630 arms, suited to fast, high-frequency pick-and-place such as workpiece transfer, machine-tool loading, assembly and teaching. A double-acting piston cylinder drives the metal and nylon jaws over a 0 to 8 mm clamping range with about 34 N of external gripping force and 0.01 mm repeatability. It weighs 180 g, screws onto the tool flange and is switched through IO via a solenoid valve. It is offered alone or with an air compressor, a 1 m tubing set, the valve and connectors; the bundled compressor runs on 220 V 50 Hz.
