The myCobot Pro Electric Parallel Gripper is a slim industrial electric two-jaw gripper for Elephant Robotics' myCobot 320 and myCobot Pro 630 arms, used for workpiece transfer, machine-tool loading, assembly and teaching. Drive and control electronics are built into the housing, the jaws run on a rack and pinion with crossed roller guides and open or close in 0.3 s, and the gripper provides grip feedback and drop detection. It is controlled over RS-485 or IO, runs on 24 V with 0.25 A rated current, is rated IP40 and works from 0 to 40 °C. Elephant's documentation lists it as model PGE-8 with a 0 to 14 mm clamping range.
