Suction Pump 2.0 is Elephant Robotics' vertical single-cup vacuum end effector for its desktop robot arms, used for pick-and-place of flat or smooth objects such as box lids, cards and drink cans that a small gripper cannot grasp. A 20 mm suction cup on the end of the arm is fed through a tube from a compact 72 x 52 x 37 mm pump box, and suction is switched through the arm's IO pins. It attaches with LEGO-style connectors and fits the myCobot 280 (M5Stack, Raspberry Pi, Arduino and Jetson Nano), mechArm 270, myPalletizer 260 and myBuddy 280. The housing is injection-moulded ABS.
