The EG2-4 is a compact two-finger electric gripper from Beijing Inspire Robots, sold as the EG2-4B and the EG2-4C. A linear mechanical linkage gives a 70 mm total stroke, and the servo drive and controller are built into the body, so it needs only DC 24 V power and an RS485 connection. Both versions combine force and position control, power-off self-locking and drop detection. The EG2-4B weighs 223 g and grips with 0 to 15 N, while the EG2-4C weighs 231 g and grips with 0 to 20 N. It suits small robot arms, mobile manipulators and bench automation.
