The RH5DG2 is a high-dexterity tactile robot hand from Beijing Inspire Robots, part of its G2 series. Unlike the 6-DoF RH56 hands it has 13 active degrees of freedom across 18 joints in a human-hand-sized body, so the index and middle fingers can also swing sideways by 15 degrees. Thumb fingertip force is at least 20 N, the fingers give at least 10 N, and a fingertip withstands 8 kg. Eight tactile sensors plus force, position and temperature sensing feed back grasp data. The hand weighs 1,020 g without wrist, runs on 18 to 60 V and talks EtherCAT with CAN FD or RS485.
