RMC-BA is a compound robot from Realman Robotics that pairs a single robotic arm with an autonomous wheeled chassis, so one machine can carry bins and parts between stations and then work at them with grippers, vision systems, electric screwdrivers or other end tools. Aimed at flexible manufacturing, it stands 1,355 mm tall, weighs about 53 kg and drives at 1 m/s with positioning accuracy of ±5 cm, using LiDAR navigation, visual obstacle avoidance and force sensors. Its eight-wheel chassis combines differential drive, active suspension and two 250 W hub servo motors, and onboard computing uses an NVIDIA module with a Volta GPU and Carmel ARM CPU.
