AUCARI is UBTECH's open-shelf autonomous delivery robot for nursing homes, hospitals and hotels. It carries meals, supplies and documents on three open trays that each hold up to 10 kg, and the top tray can be removed to raise the gap from 24 to 42 cm for taller items. The robot is 143 cm tall, weighs 59 kg, travels at 0.2 to 1 m/s and runs about 8 hours on a 20 Ah battery. LiDAR, ultrasonic, infrared and RGBD sensors handle navigation and obstacle avoidance, it can work with doors and elevators, and a cloud platform schedules tasks and records delivery times and locations.
