Dex5-1 is Unitree's five-finger dexterous hand with 20 degrees of freedom, 16 of them actively driven (4 in the thumb and 3 in each finger), using 12 micro force-controlled composite joints and 4 geared joints that keep every joint smoothly backdrivable. It weighs 1.1 kg, measures 217.3 x 127.5 x 72.1 mm, reaches ±1 mm fingertip repeatability and 10 N fingertip force, and holds up to 4.5 kg. Each finger can be replaced independently and the four fingers swing sideways by ±22 degrees. The Dex5-1P adds 94 pressure sensors in 12 arrays. Resellers offer it for the H1, H1-2 and H2 humanoids.
