The Unitree Z1 Gripper is the two-finger end effector for Unitree's Z1 six-axis robotic arm. It grips with up to 200 N at the jaw base and 150 N at the fingertips, opens to 90 degrees and opens or closes in 0.5 seconds. The gripper runs on 24 V, draws up to 70 W and talks to the arm over RS485. It weighs 700 to 750 g and measures 139 x 80 x 68 mm. Two variants embed an Intel RealSense depth camera: the D405 for close-range work at 7 to 50 cm, and the D435i for longer-range object recognition.
