Z1 is the first humanoid robot from Zerith (Hefei Zerith Robotics), a company incubated by Tsinghua University and the Jianghuai Frontier Technology Collaborative Innovation Center. Announced in October 2024, it is a low-power, general-purpose bipedal humanoid with 27 joint axes, joint motors delivering up to 150 N·m of peak torque and an aerospace-grade whole-body coordination controller, and it passed a 20 kg load test. Zerith has shown it climbing stairs and slopes, boxing, dancing and grasping objects, and positioned it for education, entertainment, showrooms, kitchens and hotels. Zerith's current website lists only the wheeled H1 series, so Z1 availability should be confirmed with the company.
